There are no silly questions; as a Photoshop expert I know how amazing this software is and what I can do to help make your photos a little more fab, but I don’t expect you to know it all. That’s why you’re here!

How does it work?

The process is quick and easy. Upload the photos straight from your device. You will then be able to select from a list of the most common ‘fixes’, and you will also be able to tell me any specific instructions or requests. Payment is then made securely, and within 48 hours you will receive your completed photos via the email address you provide.


What if I want something fixed that isn't one of your options?

No problems! Simply contact us with your request and your photo (a screenshot will do) and we will let you know within 48 hours if we can help.


Will my photos be sent overseas?

No, your photos will not be sent to or worked on elsewhere. I’m in South Australia and this is where your photos will be completed.


What happens if you can't complete my request?

With 15 years experience, I often find myself telling clients ‘I can fix almost anything!’ However, if for any reason I cannot complete your request we will notify you within 48 hours and immediately action a full refund to you.


Is there a minimum file size?

Obviously, the larger the file size, the better the result. Having said this, I can Photoshop photos from your phone, right through to files from a professional grade DSLR camera.


If I want more than 1 thing fixed in a single photo (eg. blemish removal AND slim) do I still only pay the one $18 fee?

Yes, you only pay $18 per photo, regardless of how many things you want fixed. This is where I differ from other online Photoshop services. I hate confusing ‘levels’ of retouching, and want it to be as simple, and as affordable, as possible.


Is there a limit to how many photos I can send you?

No, not at all. Some clients simply have 1 photo that they might want to share online, or print as a gift for someone, and this is all they need to fix. Other clients have an entire set of photos from an event, such as their wedding, and they need to send me 50 photos. There is no minimum or maximum, and it’s always the same price per photo.
